NACE International, founded by 11 corrosion engineers in the pipeline industry in 1943, has grown into a global authority on corrosion protection. The organization has more than 37,000 members in 140 countries around the world, including individual members and corporate members, providing technical training, certification programs, industry conferences, standard setting, research reports, professional publications and technical journals, as well as participating in government-related activities.
