Petrobras P70 pipes cleaning projict

This project involves cleaning a group of heat circulation water pipes on the P70 platform, with a total length of 1650 meters. The pipelines are distributed in 10 modules, including M00, M01-M07, M12, M17, etc. The pipes range from 1 inch to 26 inches in size. The cleaning targets are rust spots on the pipe walls and debris inside the pipes. The owner's cleaning requirement is to flatten the rust spots on the pipe walls, presenting a smooth surface without roughness, and ensure the pipes are clean without any residual particles.

Compared to previous chemical cleaning processes, the ultra-high pressure water jet technology effectively removes rust spots and debris inside the pipes, while avoiding damage to the pipe walls caused by chemical substances. The waste liquid produced during the cleaning process only needs simple filtration to meet the discharge requirements, eliminating the need for hazardous chemical treatment as in the chemical cleaning process. For this project, we used high-quality spray nozzles imported from the United States, capable of delivering pressures up to 2000 kilograms.
